Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Littler Bulk Haulage.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 3 days of the delivery date of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 3 days

The product isn't used or damaged

You have the order receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of delivering and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during delivery, both to and from Littler Bulk Haulage Return Quarry.

If you need to cancel the load, please make sure that you cancel it before the vehicle has been dispatched for it`s journey. If the vehicle has arrived at the customers premises and they want to cancel the load, there will be a cancellation charge of £160.00 plus a charge of £5.00 including vat per mile for the return journey back to the quarry. These charges will be taken from the original payment processed by the refund.

If the load has been discharged (Tipped) and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide a refund. All we ask is you arrange for the return of the goods by means of a machine capable of loading our vehicle at your cost. A return charge of £160.00 plus a charge of £5.00 including vat per mile for the return journey back to the quarry. These charges will be taken from the original payment processed by the refund.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
